This is a public holding notice, not a counsel-approved policy. Effective date, company number, and registered office are unpublished. Features that do not exist yet, including accounts, wedding plans, guest RSVPs, and commercial referral tracking, are not currently offered on this site.
What these terms cover
These holding terms govern your use of top100weddingvenues.com as it exists today: editorial pages, methodology, and empty discovery routes. They are not a complete consumer contract for a planner or guest product.
The draft operator is Pocketa Limited. Company number, registered office, governing-law wording, and liability wording still need UK counsel before they are treated as final.
Venue rankings and information
Top100 Venue Scores and rankings, when published, will be produced under the methodology applicable to that version or edition.
Venue information can change. You should confirm material booking details directly with the venue before entering a contract, including availability, price, capacity, licences, inclusions, accessibility, and any feature essential to your wedding.
A Top100 ranking is not a guarantee that a venue is suitable for every wedding. Top100 is not the wedding venue and does not enter the venue-hire contract.
Acceptable use
You must not interfere with the security or operation of the service, attempt to bypass access controls, falsely represent affiliation with Top100, or manipulate or counterfeit ranking badges.
Intellectual property
Top100 branding, original editorial content, the expression of the scoring methodology, software, and official ranking or badge designs are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights.
Availability
We may maintain, improve, suspend, or change parts of the service. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.
