Submit venue images

Send venue photographs as email attachments. Include rights and credit so we can use them.

What to include

• the venue name and location;
• your name and role, for example venue team, photographer, or couple;
• photographer or copyright credit as it should appear;
• confirmation that you have the right to share the files and to let us publish them on top100weddingvenues.com;
• whether people in the photographs have agreed to publication where that is needed;
• the image files attached to the email.

By sending images you confirm you have the rights required to share them with us for review and possible publication. We may decline them. We will not treat an email as an accepted fact, a score change, or a paid placement. Do not send images you do not have the right to use. Do not send AI-generated pictures of a venue presented as photographs of that place.
