This is a public holding notice, not a counsel-approved policy. Effective date, company number, and registered office are unpublished. Features that do not exist yet, including accounts, wedding plans, guest RSVPs, and commercial referral tracking, are not currently offered on this site.
Who operates the site
The consumer brand is Top100 Wedding Venues, at top100weddingvenues.com. The draft operator is Pocketa Limited. Company number and registered office are not published here yet.
What this site does today
The public site currently publishes editorial and methodology pages, empty discovery routes while venue research is under way, and contribute pages that ask you to email hello@top100weddingvenues.com. It does not yet offer couple accounts, saved venues, a wedding planner, guest websites, or RSVPs.
Information we may process now
When you visit the site, our hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical information such as IP address, device and browser data, request logs, and security signals. Those providers currently include Vercel for hosting, Cloudflare for DNS, and Supabase for the database and authentication platform that will support later product features.
If you email hello@top100weddingvenues.com, we process the content of that message, including any attachments, so we can review the request. That may include names, contact details, venue information, and photographs.
What we do not do with ranking data
We do not use personal information to buy, sell, or alter a Top100 Venue Score or an official ranking place. Rankings cannot be bought.
Later features
If accounts, planning, or guest tools launch, this notice will be replaced or expanded after legal review. Those drafts already exist internally. They are not in force as a complete UK GDPR notice until counsel has reviewed them and the missing operator facts are filled.
Your rights and contact
UK data protection law may give you rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, and the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
