Something wrong? Tell us.
Wedding venues change, and despite careful research we may occasionally publish information that is incomplete or incorrect. If you spot something, send us the correct information and a source we can check.
If we have got it wrong, we will fix it. If the change affects a live Top100 Venue Score, we will recalculate it under the applicable methodology.
We keep historical editions as a record of what was published at the time, adding a correction note where a material error needs to be recorded.

What can I correct?
Facts
If a published fact is wrong, for example capacity, bedrooms, accessibility or a facility, tell us the venue, the fact, the correction and a source we can verify.
If a correction is accepted, we keep a record of the previous value and update the current fact. Where that fact affects a live score, the score is recalculated under the applicable methodology.
Calculations
If you think the published methodology was applied incorrectly to accepted facts, ask us to check. If we find an error, we will correct it.
Methodology feedback
Disagreement with a weighting or with how a criterion is designed is useful feedback for a future methodology version. It is reviewed as methodology feedback rather than as a factual correction to the current edition.
Editorial wording
If editorial wording is factually wrong or implies something our evidence does not support, identify the wording and tell us why.
Historical editions
Historical ranking editions stay as a record of what was published at the time. A later change to a venue does not rewrite that record. If a material error existed at publication, we add a correction note.
